Terms of service
1. By purchasing any of my services and commissioning me (Dandyvtuber/Dandy), you hereby accept the terms and conditions henceforth and are legally obligated to adhere to them.2. All commissions for VTuber models come with limited commercial use. I own the artwork & source material. You may use the model for streaming and video income purposes. This does not include full artistic rights. You may not alter, trace, recreate, redistribute any of the files, or resell the model.Also, this price does not include merchandising: you may not create merchandise for profit using the model or artwork unless we come to a separate agreement. You may create merchandise using the artwork/model if it is strictly for personal use.3. If you wish to order an illustration or image of the Vtuber to be used for commercial use, please note this in the commission form and we can discuss it via email. In some cases, I may request a commission on sales and an upfront additional fee for a commercial use/the merchandising license.4. You must credit me as the artist on whichever page you use the model - for example YouTube descriptions, your twitch bio, Twitter, any platform where you use the model. Do not claim the artwork as your own.5. I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media and to stream the process at twitch.tv/dandeliond00dles unless requested otherwise via the commission form.6. I reserve the right to cancel or decline your order if at any point the commission process makes me uncomfortable or causes me undue stress.7. All Payments are accepted via Paypal invoice and must be received in full before I place the commission in the waiting list. You can monitor your commission’s place in the queue via my Discord channel or you may contact me for updates.
Prices are in GBP (£) and must be paid in the relevant currency.8. Refunds: In the event a refund is required, I will only offer a 100% refund if I have not yet started working on the model. I will not offer any refund if the artwork is finished.
If I have already begun working on the model at any stage, I will only offer up to a 50% refund in exceptional circumstances. Please contact me directly via email if you need to discuss this.9. When requesting a commission, please come prepared with more than just Google reference images. I require either a work of some form that depicts the character otherwise, I will direct you to my Character design help (additional £50). Details of such can be found on my prices page.10. When the commission is completed you will receive a fully rigged model file that is ready to use in VTube Studio or any preferred face tracking software you choose to use. I do not send PSDs of model art. If you have purchased my Character Design Help, you will also receive the finalised sketch of this.
